Tours
are offerings that can run once or multiple times, spanning a single day or several days, with a predefined itinerary. Pricing can be set per person, per tour, or based on cost-plus pricing for specific target audiences. Inventory can be managed by setting minimum and maximum passenger requirements.
Transfers
are available through private vehicles, shared options, or a cost-plus pricing model. They can be arranged as either straightforward or route-based transfers. Both human and vehicle resources can be coordinated for pickup arrangements to ensure efficient resource management.
Hotels
and hotel rooms are accommodations provided for guests to stay during their visit. Optional services can be added to the booking either from the available resources or on-the-fly during the stay. Through rate tier modules, users can assign customized rates to target specific audiences.
Managed Trips
are a user-operated tour. Users can create schedules for the tour, including necessary vehicles, human resources, and other resources required to run the planned trip. A trip summary document can be generated, and reports comparing expenses to sales for the scheduled trip can be created, with parameters to analyze the trip’s financial performance.
Packages
consist of products, optional services, and resources within TourSys. By bundling all services together with an itinerary, users can create custom private tours or scheduled packages. Golf Courses
can be booked at specific rates for morning or afternoon rounds, with combined pricing for golfers, caddies, and carts. Availability is determined by the duration of the round, from the starting time to the ending time.
Rentals
are products that involve renting vehicles or equipment for a specified duration. The rate is calculated on a daily basis, depending on the number of rental days. Optional equipment can be added to the primary rental, and the rental period can be extended through the previous booking.
