By registering for HomeX (£19.99), you become a HomeX Registered Member and gain access to design tools, project summaries, and introductions.
1. Membership Status
Registration grants access to design tools, downloads, project summaries, and introductions to Pro Members and Contractor Pro Members[cite: 175].
2. Data Sharing & Permissions
HomeX may share project information with approved Pro Members when you request quotes, subject to your approval[cite: 177]. Anonymised data may be used to improve system tools[cite: 178].
3. Interaction with Professionals
HomeX acts solely as an introducer[cite: 180]. Any appointment creates a direct contract between the Member and the Pro Member/Contractor Pro Member[cite: 180, 191]. HomeX is not responsible for work quality, performance, or disputes[cite: 181].
4. Documents & Estimates
All build estimates, summaries, or templates are guidance only and generated from HomeX software[cite: 183]. Budget guidance tools require professional verification before being used for contracts or lending[cite: 186].
5. Warranty Providers

6. Payments & Fees
